We’re excited to announce that a completely brand new avatar builder is now available in the Mathletics Student Console.
This release comes after months of user testing and feedback from students from ages 4 up to 18. These students told us about their favourite characters, shared games, books, movies and television shows they love. They drew pictures, shared ideas and helped us forge a vision for the new avatars.
Now they’re here in your Student Console!

To cater for all ages, different characters are available for the following year groups:
- K-2
- 3-4
- 5-6
- 7+
For example, K-2 students have big head characters plus a unicorn, robot and dragon. On the other hand, secondary students can choose teenage characters.
There are over 10000 brand new items for avatars including onesies, shoes, tops, hats and haircuts. We will keep adding new items regularly and the number of characters will grow too.
Students keep all their existing credits to spend on their avatars and we’re also giving all students 1200 bonus credits as a special welcome to the new avatar system.
